Tim was born and raised in Northwest Arkansas where he graduated from Fayetteville High School, and then went on to get a degree in Finance at the University of Arkansas in 1991. Tim is married to Lisa and they have 3 sons who have all graduated from high school and are furthering their education and careers.
Tim learned construction at a young age from his father, who was also a homebuilder. In college, Tim worked part-time for a construction company who then hired him full-time once he graduated. Over the next 12 years, Tim’s responsibilities included everything from sales and purchasing to crew supervisor and construction manager.
In 2003, Tim joined forces with his college roommate and best friend, Chris Bradley, at Landmarc Custom Homes. Tim is involved in all aspects of home construction from plan design to handing a customer keys to their new home. He also coordinates the overall flow of the building process and manages the business aspects of the company.
Some of Tim’s other interests involve buying and selling farms and businesses. He still owns poultry and cattle farms and says there is something about tractors and cattle that keep him balanced. He also enjoys fishing, hunting, farming and his family.
Tim believes that, like life, the homebuilding industry is about relationships. He believes you should treat people in a fair and honest manner and give them the best product possible. That principle is at the core of what has driven Landmarc Custom Homes to being a premier homebuilder in Northwest Arkansas.
