Our Team

Our Building Partners are the suppliers, vendors, sub-contractors and financial institutions we use daily and are all critical to our success. We value and protect our customers, so we are selective about the vendors we choose. We establish long-term relationships with the companies we believe in, and are confident to partner with these reliable and trustworthy companies and institutions.

Many of our vendors, suppliers and banks that we recommend have worked with Landmarc Custom Homes since our business was established in 1999. These companies have proven to be competent companies with high integrity and excellent products. We invite you to give them a call whenever you need their services.

Chris Bradley
Co-owner of Landmarc Custom Homes

Chris Bradley is no stranger to hard work. At the age of 14 Chris began working on a farm owned by a local business owner. Chris did everything from working cattle to cutting hay. He worked this job all through high school then in College began working a sales job for an AV distributor in Springfield, MO. Soon after, he came home to run his father’s farm that had been growing, but when his father sold the farm he went to work for a local HVAC company. That is when Chris got a taste for the construction business.

After several years with the HVAC company, Chris decided to go into business for himself as a local installation contractor for Sears. He installed anything and everything that Sears would have installed, from dishwashers to swimming pools. Then in 2000 when the building boom was beginning, Chris expanded his services to include plumbing and foundation work. In 2001, after observing how contractors interacted with their clients for several years, Chris started his building career by building his first house. That first house sold before it was finished, so he started three more immediately following that experience. That is when Chris met Lonna Hayward, whom Chris refers to as his ‘secret weapon’. Lonna and her husband, Jay, purchased the second home that Chris built. Chris immediately noticed the individual things that Lonna chose that added character and made her home stand out from the rest, so Chris enlisted Lonna’s help with his other projects. Lonna has done the interior decor and designer for Landmarc ever since. At this point, Chris could see that this business was growing to a point that he needed a partner. So in 2003, Chris’s best friend and college roommate, Tim Boudrey joined him in what became known as Landmarc Custom Homes.

Chris and his wife, Keri, have 4 children and they enjoy keeping up with them and their many activities. They are also avid Razorback fans and enjoy being involved with many community service organizations in Northwest Arkansas. Chris also has a passion for flying, and is an instrument rated private pilot.

Tim Boudrey
Co-Owner of Landmarc Custom Homes

Tim was born and raised in Northwest Arkansas where he graduated from Fayetteville High School, and then went on to get a degree in Finance at the University of Arkansas in 1991. Tim is married to Lisa and they have 3 sons who have all graduated from high school and are furthering their education and careers.
Tim learned construction at a young age from his father, who was also a homebuilder. In college, Tim worked part-time for a construction company who then hired him full-time once he graduated. Over the next 12 years, Tim’s responsibilities included everything from sales and purchasing to crew supervisor and construction manager.
In 2003, Tim joined forces with his college roommate and best friend, Chris Bradley, at Landmarc Custom Homes. Tim is involved in all aspects of home construction from plan design to handing a customer keys to their new home. He also coordinates the overall flow of the building process and manages the business aspects of the company.
Some of Tim’s other interests involve buying and selling farms and businesses. He still owns poultry and cattle farms and says there is something about tractors and cattle that keep him balanced. He also enjoys fishing, hunting, farming and his family.
Tim believes that, like life, the homebuilding industry is about relationships. He believes you should treat people in a fair and honest manner and give them the best product possible. That principle is at the core of what has driven Landmarc Custom Homes to being a premier homebuilder in Northwest Arkansas.
